How can I recolour watches and jewelry?

Hi,

I have "The Sims 2: Bon Voyage" and I saw that it now also watches and jewelry there.
I would like to recolour a clock (in black), but I don't find a clock in the Body Shop.
How can I recolour watches and jewelry (perhaps with SimPE)?
