Adjuting Normals... Planes?

I need some help on adjusting normals. I want to know how to adjust a plane to have a texture on both sides, I want them to have the same texture. I know I have to adjust the normals, I just don't know how. :help:

I'm not sure how to do that myself. I usually just use two planes and put them back to back. If you can't find out how to adjust the normals, maybe that will help some.
