The board looked a little lonely so the wheels in my brain got turning and I finally came up with a new challenge.
The Maxis Pre-Made Sims Makeover Challenge
The challenge: Take a townie that is less than physically attractive. It can be any townie really, pre-mades already living on lots, supernatural iconic Sims, Iconic Hobbyists, Downtownies, Dormies, Bon Voyage Sims from Sims 2, or locals from World Adventures. Make them over using whatever CC you have hand. Give them pretty makeup, a new hairstyle, and some matching clothes instead of the Ugly Maxis ones. Then post your pics in this thread (See Rules Below). This is a challenge just for the fun of it so pop open your game and enjoy -- This challenge is for both Sims 2 and 3
Eligible Sims include:
* Pre-Made Maxis Sims that live on lots e.g. the Goth's, Landgraab's or Pleasants
* NPC Characters like the maid, or the nanny.
* Supernatural Sims like the Ideal Plantsim, Pollination Techs, Grim Reaper, or the mummy
Rules
1. No Sim Surgery using hacks/mods like The Sim Blender or The Insimenator, Awesomemod etc
2. Any and all custom content is acceptable given that it is suitable for a PG-13 website -(e.g. no thongs, replacement body parts other than Sexy Feet) default face templates, skintones, facial hair, makeup, or eyes are acceptable.
3. Do not upload Sims - unless they are free of pay content, and you upload them as a Member Creation
4. Required: One Headshot to show what you have done with hair and makeup- no smaller than 800x600
5. Required: One full bodyshot to show wardrobe makeover. Preferably one everyday,formal, athletic, nightwear, outerwear and underwear are optional.
6. Optional: You have the option of submitting screenshots of your newly made over Sim in-game
7. Credits must be given for any CC used including defaults in your post.
8. Contest runs January 4 - March 4
9. Voting extended until April 5th
