See attachments. There is no real floor plan to any of the WDW Haunted Mansions as the "house" is really nothing more than a Facade (a fake out--the actual ride is hidden behind the house, where you cannot see it). As such, there are no real floor plans either. I based this on a paper model design from someone who is a huge WDWHM fan.
The inside of the house is designed based on the visible outside building lines. Since it has so many crooked turns, one will need to use the "45 degree angle" cheat to place things. I tried to keep walls as straight as possible, but if I did them all that way, it wouldn't be the Haunted Mansion at WDW.
Here is a fan image of the ride: WDW Haunted Mansion photo (http://www.ghostbreakers.com/images/disney_world_haunted_mansion.jpg)

There are some very odd curves in this house. Of course, I left it very plain for a reason. It's a HUGE house, which means a HUGE price tag. Only the basics are furnished and some walls remain incomplete because they are hiding "design flaws" (hey, every house has them). :) This means, that you can make it your own "haunted house".
