Okay, so I've read like a million tutorials on how to edit an object mesh and they did not help what-so-ever, and I would rather not wreck my game so I'm going to ask for some help from the professionals!
Okay the object that I am trying to edit is this;

I will attach the files that I've been using, also the original ones. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong or possibly do this for me? I'm so fed up with this. :\ D;
Also the 3D program that I am using is Milkshape.
