You know what looking around I think it was SimPE :)

So I'm new, but not really; I used to go here all the time on my boyfriends account but I thought it was finally time to make my own account :)
So besides that I searched through all the forums and I thought this was the most appropriate place to post this (I'm so sorry if this is the wrong forum >.<)
Ok so there was this one thing I downloaded for modding the sims 2, I completely forgot what it was called. You could modify skin, modify skills, vacation goals, ect. I wish I could describe it better but I have no clue how to describe it. Could someone help me out?

I think that program, I found it when I logged in... "What would you like to do today?" I clicked Download, or was it create? Anyway, keep a sharp eye on The "create" and "downloads" tool on the top of mod the sims2! it helps me a lot. :) I hoped that help... And btw I am kind of new too, joined Today, and I am still learning the ropes... Maybe you could look it up, or ask some friends for help. :) :)

The program you want is probably SimPE as you said, so just follow the auto link created. :)
