24 Sims ~ A Sims Creation Challenge

This challenge is rather unconventional, as it does not take place in the 'live' mode of playing sims, but rather in the creation stage. The goal of the challenge is fairly simple: create 24 original adult sims, and upload a picture of each along side a short 50 word statement about that sim.

The sims you create can be in a brand new neighborhood, or added to an existing neighborhood. You can theme all 24 sims under one common genre (they could all be zombies or vampires!). Be creative!

This challenge is truly designed to stretch your creativity and perseverance as a sims creator.

Requirements:
--> Create 24 adult sims: 12 male, 12 female.
--> Write a 50 word statement about that sim, this can include the sim's fictional background, name, origins, hopes, personality, dreams, hobbies, etc.
--> Use each of your geneticized skin tones at least once. Don't create 24 sims with all the same skin tone, mix it up. (For example: I have 6 skin tones in my game, so I should use each of them at least once.)

Definitely will try it out, but it may take me a while... I am very specific with my sims. But I do have a few questions...
a) Is custom content allowed
b) Do you want CAS pictures, or pictures of my sim doing everyday life
c) Can I do multiple Pictures of each sim?

a. Yes, custom content is encouraged.
b. Either will work.
c. Yes, multiple pictures will be welcomed but for the purpose of this thread, maybe just one picture per each so that way it doesn't get too cluttered.

What a great challenge, BlueJalepeno! I decided to run with the idea of vampires (especially since my current obsession is True Blood)! It's so much fun creating different Sims without thinking about what their kids will look like and genetics and the like ;) Hopefully I'll be able to have some pictures up soon.

I think I might start this as a beginning to a fresh custom hood. As a suggestion as to where, why doesn't the first person to complete start a thread in Sims Creativity - in Pictures or in Stories, and link from this thread?

Lil'B: This is just for fun, there isn't really a point system.

Lasweetiebloom:It's up to you where you post your pictures, but I would recommend posting the guys on the sims 2 men's picture thread, or the sims 2 female's picture thread, depending on the gender of the sim. Then post a link to that thread on this thread.

Well, I just loaded up a fresh new hood last night, so I might try out this challenge as I populate my custom Pleasantville hood with custom townies. I used to think making sims was kind of boring, but lately I've become obsessed with collecting new skintones and genetic eyes, which has really made playing more interesting for me. It should really fit in with this challenge.

I've never done a challenge or contest before, but I think this is a great idea! I made a new neighborhood a while back and I've been wanting to populate it with my own people for quite a while. It might take me a while, though, because I'm about to start school and will suddenly have a lot less time on my hands. But I guess since this is just for fun there is probably not as strict a deadline, right? And do you want us posting each sim as we make them, or wait until we finish all 24?

URP! I've made only 8 so far and four descriptions and although making the sims is a lot of fun, the descriptions is the hard part! Most of them are more 40 words but I'm not picky about stuff like that.
