how to get the "Wandering Ghost" photo?

How do I get the "Wandering Ghost" photo from the "Paranormal" collection? Every ghost I try to take a picture of only registers as "A Ghost." I've tried photographing walking ghosts, ghosts that weren't in the graveyard (and also not part of my household), but nothing seems to work.

i've tryed in cemeterys and only lost time.
then ,the best way is to drop a tomb on your lot and wait the ghost.when he's clost to his tomb he can be displayed as wandering ghost.
it worked for me,just don't forget to frequently use "p" to "freeze" the picture and increas your chance to shoot it up at the time
