So, I've made a mesh and I was wondering if there was a way I could remap the texture so that it fits the mesh. ( In other words is there a way I can make the first picture fit the second picture exactly.)

No, not really - even if you did, it would look, well... bad.

What you need to do is properly map your item. Right now, your map is a tangled mess, and anything you apply texture-wise to it is going to come out looking like stretched, blurry mud, with things in the wrong places. You need to do a new, correct map.

Look in the Body Shop Meshing area for a tutorial by Dr. Pixel on how to make/map shoes. It will teach you the basics of uv mapping new parts. It is a LOT easier to map as you create each new piece though - sometimes mapping a finished item is, well, nearly impossible.

Oh, well the texture map looked like the picture below before I remapped it. Is there possible a way that I can skip the remap step in milkshape?
