Haircuts and files .package

Hi everybody !
I am a french Sims 3 gamer and I am playing with my mac ;)
I have a problem with my game and particularly with haircuts .package files.
I downloaded a lot of .package files, put them all in Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 3>Mods>Packages. My resource.cfg file has been downloaded from this website and is in the Mods folder.
All of my .package files (windows, curtains...) work perfectly, I just have a problem with haircuts .package files. When I want to put a downloaded haircut to my Sims, they are bald or at best with a little monk tonsure...not very sexy !!
I have tried to analyze my mods contents on a PC with dashboard, some files were corrupted and I deleted them but even with this cleaning, Sims are always bald...!
Yesterday, I tried to download some .sims3Pack haircuts and even with these kind of file I have some problems. Some haircuts works perfectly, some others did not...I don't understand what's happen.
What can I do ?
Does anybody have an idea about the problem ?
