Gardener's Pickup

How to extract the gardener's pickup and make it buyable and driveable?

those cars dont have the setup to place on a lot.
Best is to clone a buyable one and replace the meshes and textures.
You do have to find a similar car(same wheelbase and driver seat.

But, the buyable pickup has two texture image and the pickup gardener's has three texture image.
How do I fix this?
