I remade this thread because I hadn't thought the other one through. So here we go.
-Background Story-
Young siblings from Riverview have come to Sunset valley to escape their family and friends. They both have a huge house with plenty of spare rooms, they can't face to move out and find a smaller home, but they are running out of money, its YOUR JOB to turn their house into a high class Hotel in Sunset Valley. They gather a few friends and their business is close to finished.
-Womans Rules-
She has to spend all free time on the computer, (In the hotel, make a porch with a computer, a desk, a phone, a light, a plant, and a chair. ) Give her the Computer Whiz trait, and maybe the Hates The Outdoors trait so she stays inside.
-Maid- (Not a real maid, this is one of the owners 'Friends'.
She needs the neat, snob, handy traits, and any other traits which would make it easier for her to look after the building.
-Chef.- (It could either Male or Female, if you want to balance it out a little, I'd choose Male.)
Natural cook, green thumb, loves the outdoors, bookworm, and maybe another one. They need to know every recipe, and have skill level 10 in cooking.
-The Man's rules.-
He will help to greet the guests, and lead them into the room where his sister is, for them to 'check in'. Just build up your friendship with them & ask to stay over, as the man and the woman are only siblings, this shouldn't cause jealousy. Do this with around 5-10 guests a night, therefore, you need to have around 15 rooms, and a huge lot. Give him Flirty, hopeless romantic, great kisser, friendly, & of course Party animal, which will help him build his relationships up with the guests.
Your goal is to raise around 900,000 simoleans. You get a 'Kaching' for every guest that stays the night. & You can use motherload to cheat up around 300,000, which should cover the furnishment of your hotel. After that, no cheats can be used.
