I can't take screenshots of TS2

[I may not have placed this in the right section, I've been looking for a while but I couldn't quite find the right forum]

:help: Hello, I have a major problem... I want to take screenshots of my Sims game, for various purposes, but I can't. I tried with both PRNT SCRN and ScreenHunter, and what happens is, even though I'm playing the Sims game, it keeps taking screenshots of my desktop, as if The Sims wasn't running. I can take screenshots of everything else, it's only The Sims that won't be captured... :cry: Are there any settings I have to activate or something?

usually some tools will not work on games due to games hotkey
after clicked the printscreen,(the one button that take screenshot,every keyboard have different button)go to drawerhttp://thumbs2.modthesims2.com/img/6/0/9/1/3/9/6/MTS_ssd21345-1270818-drawer2.jpg(sorry for chinese) and click ctrl+v
