Help? "Make Sim" cheat wont work in EIG!

Okay, so, I tried using "make sim" a few days ago, and it worked perfectly. I saved a back up copy of my world before I did that, though, just in case something went wrong. The only CC I have installed is a world for the sims I want to put into my new world, and the needed mods. (NRaas DebugEnabler, NRaas Porter, and NRaas MasterController)
I opened up CAW today, hoping to be able to put all 10 families I'd finished creating into the world, all with their own back stories and lives and things like that. However, when I go to EIG and try to use the "make sim" cheat, it tells me that it's unknown. I un-installed and re-installed the NRaas mods, and I even tried using my back up world, it didn't work. I've tried using it with Testingcheats on, and off, and I've cleared my catches. I really don't know what else to do D:

So, help would be nice. :3

It sounds like a problem with your mod install- so the mods work in-game?

They did before, but now they don't show up at all, and I've continued to uninstall and re-install, but it just doesn't seem to be working. :/

If the mods don't work in-game then they won't work in CAW, try redownloading the resource.cfg.
