left half of contested treasure map?

where can i find it? i bought the right half from the village but i can't find the left half anywhere and i've already completed pretty much every other treasure map and send my parrot treasure hunting hundreds of times

you have to doublecross your faction in one of the pirates and nobles quests to get the other half.
