My graphics card has no problem and everything is updated and newest. When i startup my game, i get nothing but the sound and my mouse. Everything is starting up properly but the screen is still black. Had tried re-installing a lot of time but still no help. Read many post but none is related to my problem. Please help me!

Please post a Quick summary of your System Specs

Please Do NOT post your complete DxDiag report in your thread.
Sims 3 - Game Problems
Please go through this FAQ and follow the instructions, doing each step in order and not skipping anything:
Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem
Most issues with the game can be resolved by following those steps.
Welcome to MTS, Yining97! :bunny: Could you take a moment please, to read the Site Rules (go to Site menu)?
Next time, please use the Edit button to add more information if no one has responded...
And we need to see specs to confirm drivers are updated.
You've also done the Game Problem FAQ and test load the game with new User files (step#3)? Same result?
Is this the first time playing Sims 3 on this machine?
What is your base game version? Game Help:Patch_Table
Did it crash after getting that black screen or it just froze there and become unresponsive? There are also other things you can try with this checklist: Game_Help:Sims 3 Crashing Checklist. Please answer ALL those questions when you next post.

Hello!
I've done the checklist, discovered no problems, so i went back to what changed between tonight and last night? And started removing windows updates.
TADA: Reliability Update 1 for the .NET Framework 4 (2533523) removed and Sims suddenly started running with a screen again.

:!: :!: :!: PLEASE NOTE THAT SKIPPING WINDOWS UPDATES SHOULD BE DONE WITH GREAT CAUTION AT YOUR OWN RISK :!: :!: :!:
Cheers,
Taps
[Edit: Security updates aren't dependent after all, my mistake.]

That's not the cause. It is installed in mine and I don't have this black screen and sound issue.

I would caution anyone against this "The Sky is falling" mentality when troubleshooting - verify verify verify!!!
