:( :( Ok so I've tried everything before posting on here but I can't seem to find a solution. This house is one of my favorites because I built it from the ground up on my own. I'm not sure why it started crashing. I download new things almost daily so I figured it was just some bad cc, but after disabling everything, it still crashed. So I decided to check out my family. I moved them out and they all are fine so its not them. I have every expansion pack and every patch from ea so I also know it doesnt need to be patched. After moving my family out, I tried moving the problem house away from other houses to see if maybe it was a size issue. It still crashed. I have tried deleting the cache files, thumbnails, etc, and it still crashes. I can't redownload the house because as I said I built it. Oh, and I tried my backup of it and it's still crashing. Can someone please help me? I really don't want to get rid of this house.

Can you package the lot? If so, then have someone else try the lot.
If you don't have the Store Edition, I could try the lot for you to see whether it crashes my game.

Zip the file. If the zi[p file is under 10M, you can attach it to a post here using the "Go Advanced" button and the Manage Attachments section.
If the file is over 10M, then you'll need to use an external file sharing site (preferably one that doesn't require registration to download).

I've got it. Let me try it in my game and see whether it crashes or not. That will help us to understand whether the lot is corrupted or not.
[Update:]
The lot crashes in my game. I'm sorry but it looks like the lot is corrupted and probably can't be salvaged. I'm going to run a few more tests, just to be sure.
It's always a good idea to keep backups when you are doing something that you don't want to lose.

I've run some additional tests and can't determine what the problem is. I'm afraid that there's nothing that can be done to salvage the lot.
