Windows error message?

Hi there's a huge problem with my laptop when I attempt to play. After about a few minutes of playing, the game crashes and comes up with a windows error. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling my game but it doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you asking us for an error message?
Or, are you asking what to do when the error message appear? Then we need to know the error. :)

Is this when playing Sims 3 only (or what is the game you're referring to, if not Sims 3)? Then please work through Game_Help:Sims 3 Crashing Checklist. And if, after you've reached the end (or you get stuck), or it is still crashing, post in the Sims 3 Help with ALL the information asked for, inclusive of the System Specs. All links are provided in that wiki page (the Sims 3 forum link is in the header/footer if still unable to locate that).

If this crashing occurs even when reading web pages, or typing up a report in a document or watching movies, ie when not playing Sims 3, than that is a more serious issue with the system and we can tackle that problem right here. But we still need to know what error we're dealing with.
So, post with with that error message (a picture is helpful) and Game Help:System Specs
