Hello i've siad -''sexy'' for calling your atention lol

i can play with him everytime i go to the CAS and i choose him it close the game .... may beacuse i dont have the hair and skin

Even if you download the hair, the game may still crash when you try to choose him. However, if you patch your game up-to-date, you won't be affected by the missing hair crash any more - though it's possible there's another reason why that sim causes a crash.

I noticed on the exchange page it says it contains store content. Would that have anything to do with it crashing? Seems like a large file (11.5megs).
