plant anywhere mod WITHOUT awesomemod?

I know there was a thread on this years ago, and no-one knew of a stand-alone plant anywhere mod back then. I wonder if since then such a mod has become available, and where? i uninstalled awesomemod and I want my gardener sim to carry on planting on his allotment next to his home-lot. but because it's a comm lot, i cant plant there without awesomemod.
