nude blurr effect

I created a no effect file(fx) to kill sparkles and such but this file clashes with the no blurr mod.
Can i combine the 2 in a new file?
Wat is the name of the blurr effect, or is this not a effect at all?

velocitygrass (http://modthesims.info/member.php?u=3045250) made a Create your own no effects mod tool (http://modthesims.info/d/446536) that might give you what you need it. give it a shot.

yes, i used it to make my noeffects mod but it clashes with the blurr

Usage: Copy the package that the tool creates into your mod folder. Only use one package at a time! (In particular, if you have the No Mosaic mod, remove that and uncheck "simcensorfx" in the tool instead to get rid off the mosaic, in addition to other effects you want to kill.)

Not sure if you know this: Twallan has a nocensor mod that works by switching off the pixelation when it comes on rather than changing the actual effect http://nraas.wikispaces.com/Decensor
Maybe that one is compatible.
