Help? Not finded in FAQ

When i download a house using winrar the house files does not have the bodyshop icon on it. It has this program icon. Clicking it makes it look like this

Before i uninstalled Pets and installed OFB it had the bodyshop icon. And the lots does not show up in the bin? I have also downloaded the required downloads for the house, whats wrong? :(

You're using the installer that came with the game, right? Well first things first, stop doing that and download Clean Installer. When installed, if double-clicking the file doesn't bring up the Clean Installer window, right click the file, choose 'open with' and browse to it. Don't change the install path to Downloads or Lots Catalogue or anything, lots need to be installed in the Teleport folder and should then show up next time you load the game - in fact, lots are one of the few things (the only thing?) you can install while the game is running, but any new custom content they came with won't appear until you run the game again.

The installer that came with the game? You mean when i installed the game? I just put the disc in.
Otherwise i use WinRar
