*SIGH* I wish I knew.... :(
Closest one or males is maybe this UNI conversion: http://www.moreawesomethanyou.com/smf/index.php/topic,16612.0.html
Acloser match is this female one here: http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims3-hair-hairstyles-female/title/Long%20Ponytail%20Normal/id/949528/ and what you can of is use either S3OC or TSRW to open the hair up and simply change the gender settings to allow it for males as well, export it back out as a package file/sims3pack, and viola!
Here's another female ponytail that would slightly work: http://www.thesimsresource.com/artists/moschino_K/downloads/details/category/sims3-hair-hairstyles-female/title/ponytailhighfashion/id/910015/

Thank you so much! *__* But... I don't know how to open the hairs in TSRW :/ I checked the tutorials, but I couldn't find anything... again. If you know, could you tell me how to do it?

Unfortunately, something is wrong with the Lara Ponytail one at http://www.thesimsresource.com/down...rmal/id/949528 and TSRW refused to open it--drats. >_<
So the MATY one for men is probably the best bet right now. :(
As for converting hair genders with TSRW:
First: download whatever hair you want to convert. You don't have to install it in the game, just have the file (sims3pack or package file--it doesn't matter; TSRW supports both).
In TSRW you are going to start New Project. It will take you to a new page that at the bottom lefthand corner has a small Brown Box tumbnail that says New Import. Click that.
It will now ask you to Browse for the file you want to open with TSRW, so wherever you put te hair you want to convert, you will click to its location. There is a dropdown list button on the bottom righthand corner that says TSR Workshop Project, Sims3Pack, and Package file, and you'll just click the one you want. If it's a package, then click Package in the dopdown list. If it's a sims3pack, click sims3pack. ;)
TSRW will load some info, and all you have to do is click Next again.
It will ask you to type in a Project Name--this is unnecessary, really--just skip ahead and click Next and OK
A 3d viewer will appear and load the hair.
On the right will be a bunch of data. See were it says Genders and Ages, and only Female is Checked? Check Male too. It'll ask you to confirm this and will reload the hair for you.
Then you will go to File, click Export (to Sims3 Pack), or go to Edit, click Project Contents, and then click Export (to Package file), and and a new file will be created with the hair now enable for men--YAHOO!! :D
