Greetings my fellow simmers today I present to you the Woodlawn Estate. This grand manor combines beauty, elegance, and functionality so wonderfully that it could be considered a work of art. The pictures really do not do this house justice...That being said this estate sits on a 60x60 sized lot and features a luxurious master bedroom, 2 guest suites, 3 additional bedrooms, (which totals 6 bedrooms), 4 bathrooms, a huge two car garage, a beautiful courtyard, a gazebo, and gorgeous landscaping all around. This estate comes fully furnished and costs a whopping total of $400,239 furnished and $180,084 unfurnished. This estate is ideal for those who love to entertain (and have deep pockets).
