If you use J. M. Pescado's awesome mod, this mod will not work as awesome mod will override it. Nothing will happen to your game, this mod just won't work. It is possible to simply edit this mod into awesome mod (I have done so already for my personal use), but I doubt Pescado will be happy if I post that here.

Have you ever noticed that the "Work Hard" action is missing from the Pro Sports career? dipakbhuyan made a mod fixing this (available here), but he has not been active for months, and the mod hasn't been updated for over a year. Thus, it is not compatible with the Ambitions or Late Night expansion packs. This mod is basically the same thing, but updated to work with these expansion packs.

Edit: It has been reported that this mod works with base game only. So if you do not have ambitions or late night, this should still work.

This mod should be compatible with any other core and story progression mods. This is likely not compatible with any mod modifying the careers xml. This mod is also compatible with the mod that makes you progress faster when working hard.
