Tuter Mansion - a victorian journey

Hi guys!
I'm glad to be back with another household for you.
Since my previous house was so tiny and cozy I've decided to make something less compact and suitable for more than one sim.

So here it is - Tuter Mansion, my very best creation so far, I believe.

I was always looking for stuff like this on MTS, I think most of us do like victorian styled/themed houses... so I brought to you my own!
Creating the garden area was a bit exhausting(I'm not really good at landscaping.. well, at least I've tried :Jester but I hope you'll like the final result. The lightplay of night and day seems to be quite eye-pleasing especially in this area. Backyard is also delightfully designed imho. xD

Here's the living room space for noble conversation nearby fireplace...

... and the place, where each magnificent guest of yours shall dry up and speechlessly nourish with an outstanding meals!

For this house I've used some custom content for floor covering and plants.

The only thing that I'm not happy about is that the window above entry porch somtimes dissapears when switching between floors, but it doesn't crash the game or does no other harm. Just a tiny issue, which can be fixed by deleting one roof piece that's right under this window and it will stop dissapearing(but I liked it too much to upload this lot without it :p).

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

• Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
