Changing Gender on an already exisiting Sim?

Is there a way I can change the gender of a Sim that already exists in the game? I'd greatly appreciate being able to correct a mistake I made in a family.

The EditSim feature in AwesomeMod, maybe?

Changing some things (age, weight, traits) has been known to be hazardous. Dunno how the game would cope with a gender bender...

Gender-bending seemed to work okay in the initial tests, although the long-term effects are unknown. The game does seem mostly gender-agnostic outside of the atomic level, though.
