More than 1 item in a treasure chest?

So I want to have a treasure chest with 3 items in it. Let's say a relic, some game cash, and a keystone. I don't want this to be set to a "regular treasure" as then it would be reoccurring from what I understand.

So how do I get these 3 items in the same chest for Sims to find when they first open the chest?
