Is it legal to download cc from booty etc

I just read recently that EA:s EULA doesn't actually forbid selling the content you make... and only the stuff in exchange can be freely shared.

So does this mean that pay site creations are actually copyrighted material (just like the creators says) and if I download that stuff for example from booty I'm actually stealing it, according to law?

Out of interest, where did you read that?

Anyway, the latest I know is that according to the EULA it is illegal. Without going into the ins and outs, sites must be non-commercial. As for according to law...again to the best of my knowledge a case like this has never happened before so it's uncertain.
