Twilight in the garden.

This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has a lovely landscaped yard with a mature garden full of fruits and veggies ready to harvest. It has a fenced, toddler-safe play yard and patio with a covered play area for rainy days. The garden contains mature fruit and veggies ready for harvesting. This lot was play tested - the veggies were watered and are fully grown.

This was my entry for Round 4 of the MTS Foundations Contest. I took a CC hit for the little fairy just because the garden REQUIRED IT! Oh! and my house doesn't have any curtains because the ones that come in-game don't fit the windows.


The Dining room overlooks the beautifully landscaped koi pond.


Street view of of the House. It's a hot day - You can see Mr. Williams sorely tempted to go fishing - but that would defeat the purpose of stocking his koi pond with rarities. He'll have to go fishing for rarities elsewhere and bring them home. In the rear of the parking area to the left of the house, you can see the fenced toddler-safe play yard and veggie/fruit garden in the back corner of the lot.


The living room is bright and inviting. The open floor plan makes the main living area welcoming and larger than it seems.

Very nice house with attention to detail

I like it! Can't use it, as I'm a base game only type gal, but I think it's lovely all the same. It's light and airy.
Question: those huge 4-tile windows (I'm assuming)--since you said there's no Store CC, did those big windows come with an EP? Cuz I've been looking for them all over with no luck. But if they were made by EA, why the heck didn't they make proper sized curtains for them? EA, sometimes you....

the huge windows are 3-tiles long and came with EP1 - WORLD ADVENTURES

This is so cute! I always play Green Thumb sims, so I build as many gardens as I can in my neighborhood. I love those big windows, too, and have been debating uploading a house with them that would otherwise be base-game compliant. I never use curtains, either! The EA ones are soooo fugly.

Simply amazing!!

I absolutely adore this house! I just started playing it and I love the whole set up, there is just one small problem. My sim keeps getting angry every time they go to throw out the trash. I've looked and I can't find the trash can. :x

Really? It's not on the curb? What did I do with it? Oh! It's a inside that little house by the driveway! and if I forgot the inside one, just place one somewhere.
