The last in the Old City Living style of houses, I think.

This smaller home nestled in the Village was built in the 1940s and has all the charm of an old gentleman with it's hardwood flooring that sighs under your sims' feet, and the high baseboards framing the colourful stucco walls throughout. This home has a lovely little front garden area, as well as enough space in the back for a small table set and barbeque. The first floor contains a spacious livingroom with fireplace, a small dining room, a galley kitchen, and a small bathroom in the back. The upstairs has a relatively large master bedroom, a smaller guest or child's room, and a third tiny room suitable for an office or tv room. The three large shade trees on the property allow for a hidden view of the colourful activities on the street.

(technically to fit with the area this building really came from it should be Wellesley St. East, but SimCity is a little different. )
