Been wanting to do this for a while. This very large, one floor house is all underground.
It has six bedrooms (for that brood of kids that Sam will have), 3 1/2 baths, entry way, large kitchen/dining room,
closet off the master bedroom (Bilbo was a clothes horse), living room/study, sitting room and an room for gardening.
Here's the run down of other people's wonderful objects that you will need to get to go with this house. Thanks to everyone that made them.

Closest thing to a dining bench I've found
Under free objects at www.vitasims2.com
9 rows down on the far right column, the bench at the bottom of the page
Also, a big thank you to MikeInside for the Curved Roof and Basement tutorials.
Unfortunately the house when moved may not have as perfectly smooth a hill/roof. Not sure why this is.
Recolors are my own. The Novellas Nouvau bookcase recolor is only a slight one, just to make it look a little more rustic.
No EP's but I do have the Holiday Edition so there is a slight chance I may have put content in that was specific to that, though I doubt it.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
