I always dreamed of a real working bank in Sims 2 and now i have it thanks to Katy's wonderful banking expansion.



On the ground floor is the main bank with ATM machine and lockets also office for staff.





There is also a big bathroom.

On the 1st floor are the vaults with safes, these also work, so your sim can actually safe money in them and without the risk of getting stolen.

On the 2nd floor we have a small cafeteria for banking personal and costumers, as well as a small toilet.

All the floors are connected with a elevator.

This lot is build on a 3x2 size and is a community lot.







You need all expansions and off course the set itself to play with it.

All these items in this bank do work and you can do anything what you can do in a real bank, save, withdraw money, transfer money, invest in gold, and many things.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
