This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
This is a featured upload! It showcases the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
Here is a dining living set based mainly on the works of Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his wife Mary Macdonald, prolific and original creators 100 years ago.

The Willow armchair has always been a favorite of mine and since I've never seen it in game before I made my version of it. ....And then I made a whole bunch of other stuff to go with it thinking of tearooms and that era in general.

Everything comes pretty much in black and white and if you don't like purple you are most welcome to recolour, many items are in subsets so cushions should be easy. The clock is animated so will tell the time.

For no other reason than to impart useless facts; fact A: the cushion of the armchair ( in RL) lifts up to reveal a handy storage area, Miss Cranston, proprietor of tea rooms kept her cash there and no doubt never left her seat. Nowadays it is most handy for storing blankets etc.
fact B: the pillows on the fireplace were there for the comfort of the Mackintoshes cats, now thats what I call thoughtful. Most items are community enabled if ever you wish to recreate a tearoom of times gone by. I hope you enjoy this.
