Real Town of Point Roberts, WA

This might not be the most playable neighborhood (some streets are too near the edge) but, it is my home. One of only two places that I know of that is surrounded by water on three sides and Canada by the other. (with NO ferry access). The largest gated community that I know. Enjoy and watch out for them border gaurds.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Place in SC4Terrains Folder: Cut and paste the .sc4 and .png file(s) into your SC4Terrains folder:
