A contempo lot in my River Gorge neighborhood.

I got the design idea from a site I was browsing one day when MTS2 was down so thanks for the inspiration guys!

3 levels

Main Level - Entry, kitchen, dining, 1/2 bath, deck/pool, sauna, hot tub and minimal landscaping.

Second Level - I use it for an entertainment area but it could be used for a bedroom. Has a full bath, deck and a balcony.

Third Level - The master suite with a balcony and a full bath.

Furniture/plumbing shown for photos only - not included. I leave that to your imagination!









I really don't think it requires all EPs/SPs but I have checked them all - just in case!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
