Victorian terraced houses for upper-middle class sims. Initially, I made this as just one house that stood alone, but it looked strange without it's neighbours so I decided to add those along with it. It will be perfect for those large, multi-generational families; grandma and grandpa can live next door rather than in the same house.

Each house is quite large, and each has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I've decorated tghe house, but this was VERY difficult to do using only maxis content, so the wallpapers and floors have been repeated in some cases. On the picture below you will see that I've only labelled the rooms in the first house, this is so that you can see the other houses clearly.





The kitchen is located in the basement, because most victorians did this to keep the rest of the house free from odour and grease.

It was important to me to avoid using custom content, because I often download houses and get a lot of custom content that I neither want nor need, also because the amount of furniture needed to furnish 3 houses would have made the file HUGE and I didn't want to do that.

I must say that I've really enjoyed researching this project, and I hope that you enjoy playing it as much as I've enjoyed building it.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:
