Picked Upload
This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This residential, 6 bedroom manor house is called 'Hamilton House'. It has been designed by me for maximum playability for a large house, i have used no CC what so ever and I have made the basement as useable as possible (due to it's size it is pretty much as usable as any other floor).
Interior sneek peeks: There are screenshots of the floor plan from a birds eye view in the attachments below, this house comes in furnished and non furnished version depending on whether you like to put you own stamp on it or not. It boasts 5 rather grand reception rooms (kitchen, dining room, lounge, snooker/games room and library), 6 bedrooms (3 guests on the basement level and 2 main bedrooms and a master bedroom on the 1st floor) and it also has 6 en-suites (1 for every bedroom) a drawing room on the top floor and a beautiful gazebo at the rear of the house. I slaved over the design and landscaping of this place for hours so i really hope you like it, i myself have not found any problems with the house or it's landscaping and it is completely playable and user friendly. *Note* if your basement level is filled with water move your house to a higher area of your neighbourhood, 'Riverblossom Hills' is a good neighbourhood to prevent water on the basement floor as it sits above the water line. As ever comments are much appreciated, as are thanks and obviously downloads, I try to make sure all comments are responded to within 1-2 days of being posted. There is nothing more to say but i hope you enjoy this wonderful house ![]() Lot Size: 4x3 Lot Price: $264,245 $124,712 Additional Credits: Many thanks to MTS2 staff and admin for enabling me to share this with you and thanks also to Steph:D 240 people have said thanks to Deluxe Designs for this download.
