The Del Norte is a great Modern Split Level house with 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There's also a pool house with full bath. I styled this house in kind of a "Palm Springs" style with great stucco exterior and lush tropical landscaping. You can almost feel the heat coming off the stucco and the coolness of the sparkling pool. Ahhh.

Enter the Del Norte to find yourself in a wonderful split level entry. Go up a set of stairs to find the main living area. The main living area is comprised of the open living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and dining room. There's also 4 bedrooms, a full bathroom and the master suite with it's own private bath and balcony.

Go down the split-level entry to be in the large game room area. This is also the exercise area. There's a sauna on this level, as well as the office. A bedroom and bathroom round out this bottom level.

The Del Norte also has 2 car functional side garages. The backyard of the Del Norte has a sparkling pool, a spa on the upper deck level and a pool house with full bathroom. A BBQ area is also included with bar area and patio table with seating for 6.
