Picked Upload
New Mesh
This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
Two Horse Drawn Cabs
by Dragon Slave & hexameter As I got requests to make an ownable version of a horse cab like the taxi replacement here it is and also with another cab that was made for the social NPCs. You can see them in the pictures.
They come with some recolours. The horses are the original mesh of Dragon Slave.
The carts are prepared to use custom sound. Like for the other vehicles you can get the sound file here: http://www.modthesims2.com/member/s...ad.php?t=121761 (NewSound-hansom.rar) Install as usual extracting the *.rar-file to your downloads folder. If you already installed the sound file you are complete. If you don't like to have the sound it will work as it is. Now your neighbourhoods of past times will show more real with the different horse carts. I hope you will enjoy most of them. hexameter ------------------------ Note, as this is teamwork, have please a look at the policy of Dragon Slave if you want to use this vehicle for your purposes. It is a good idea to click her thanks button, too, if not already done! Dragon Slave: http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=141051 Polygon Counts: Faces: 14,607 (696 per tile); vertices: 9,095 (433 per tile) for the One Horse Cab
Faces. 20,748 (865 per tile); vertices: 13,174 (549 per tile) for the Two Horse Cab Additional Credits: Quaxi and the developers of SimPE Numenor for his Basegame Starter and the CEP Shaklin for sharing her knowhow of making custom sound packages
To all the eager writers who built the database of tutorials on MTS2 Last but not least Dragon Slave, thank you! 2280 people have said thanks to hexameter for this download. For more information about this creator and their policies or details, click here. Screenshots
