Introduction
Hello yet again, I'm here to show off another lot. My favorite houses to make are teeny tiny ones, that are functional and easy to play (I have a slow computer, so the smaller lot sizes provide best gameplay quality). I also like when the lots are small so that simply building a tiny house doesn't exaggerate the unused space. I've always been dissatisfied with the small, affordable, starter houses that came with the game. They were always so... outdated and low quality. So I bring to you my first tiny 1 X 1 lot, 110 Penny Lane. It's affordable and at the same time updated and functional. It isn't decorated or furnished at all, with the exception of fixtures, lights, and necessary electronics (phone, fire alarm, and security system). The point of the lot is to be so cheap originally that the family can do what they want with it. The Lot The house is built on a 1 X 1 lot. It is a simple structure, but it's nice. You can hardly tell the design was limited by the smallness of the lot. The exterior of the structure is a bit dark, with shingles and the cherry wood windows and door. The inside is much brighter, with green walls for the rooms and blue for the bathrooms. There is the open kitchen and living area downstairs, with the upstairs having the bedroom and bathroom. There is no back or front yards but there is a bit of landscaping in the front. This house is perfect for your single Sims or couples, and being so affordable, they can move right in! In Conclusion Because tiny lots are my favorite to work with, I have a good feeling you'll see a couple more of these from me! I hope you enjoy this lot!
