This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is the hairstyle which Sims wear to work when they become a mad scientist in the science career track. The styles for male and females are different. Each works for teen through elders. The .rar contains four files: One for male elders, one for male teens through adults, one for female elders, one for female teens through adults. If you don't want it for a particular group, just delete the file and do not install it.
