This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
The holiday season is right around the corner. Do your Sims need some semi-formal clothes for those big turkey dinners? If you're like me, you want something fancy... but not
too fancy. That's why I made these four little outfits.
The outfit for boys features an argyle sweater vest over a tartan-trimmed shirt, black slacks, and shiny shoes. It comes in child and toddler sizes.
The velvet dress for girls features tartan-trimmed sleeves, a bow with a rose detail at the waist, white tights, and black Mary Jane shoes. It also comes in child and toddler sizes.

These use four new meshes (and they're included in the
zip files). The child sizes come with working fat morphs. No EPs are required. All of these clothes are set as Everyday and Formal.
Polygon Counts:
boys' sweater vest outfit = 2284
toddler boys' sweater vest outfit = 2308
girls' velvet dress = 2385
toddler girls' velvet dress = 2357
Additional Credits:
