These are so nice!! Too bad I was born an NCSU fan, so the color of the roof makes me cringe inwardly ;-) I'll just hafta recolor it <3

Hey, thanks for sharing - I downloaded this house way back in December and moved my Sim couple in and they lived there with their five children until a game glitch forced me to move them to a different lot. I found that this house was great for my family of 7 Sims and it has the perfect look to be placed right by the beach. I look forward to moving another family in there soon.

Forgot to mention that I am using house #5 with the blue theme.
