Taylor Swift

After 2009, I would have a HARD time believing that anyone who has any grasp of the world around them did not at least have some idea who Taylor Swift is. She was featured on the cover of countless magazines, and received numerous awards. She hosted SNL, and appeared on dozens of daytime talk shows as well. It’s hard to listen to the radio without hearing her songs, or hearing her mentioned. Not to mention the whole Kanye West debacle as well as her numerous sightings with “Twilight” hottie Taylor Lautner. Like I said…..After last year, I don’t think anyone can deny that Taylor is a fully fledged superstar.




This sim is the result of countless hours of work and frustration. In fact, I’ve been working on turning her into a sim since the beginning of last year. I wish I had kept my first drafts so I could compare them to her as she looks now. But, I don’t need to compare them to know that his is my closest version yet.

Not only is this my most accurate version of her, but it is also my last version of her. I’m very proud of this sim as she is, but even if I wasn’t, I have no drive to work on her further. So, I decided that after all the work I put into her, I couldn’t upload her with just any outfit. I wanted something that screams Taylor, and I came up with what you see below. A youthful but modest sequined dress paired with a teal belt and a pair of teal cowboy boots with her initials on them. The ensemble uses a maxis basegame mesh. The textures used for the dress and the belt are from Lianasims2. She has kindly given me permision to use them. The hair mesh is by Donnymeloche, and can be found here. The hair texture is by me, and is included with the sim. Her skin is a recolor of HP’s “Idolatry of the Flesh”, and the face is photoskined using pics of Taylor.
