The Sims in Simtopia are excited about the revamping of their railway stations! Mix and match the 9 lots to create your own version of the perfect Simtopian Train Depot.

I lined up Depot Lots 1 - 8 in a row in the Simtopia Municipal District. Here is a Neighborhood View of what I did.

Note: To ensure seeing the entire neighborhood map for the placement of the Train Lots, I used this camera (Enhanced Gameplay Camera) by Tom420. Before placing the lots, I also placed 2 Neighborhood Train Tracks (in opposite directions) to look as though they are running through the Train Depot lots using this link by GeneralOperationsDirector to place Neighborhood Objects In Lots .

There are 9 lots in this collection with 3 main hub lots (Depot 2, Depot 7 and Depot 9). Depot 2 is the Modern Train Station and comes complete with a Sim Style Diesel Passenger Train. Depot 7 is the Traditional Train Station with a Sim Style Commercial Steam Engine Train. Depot 9 is the VACATION lot with a Passenger Train stopping at a simple excursion station near log cabins.

GENERAL NOTES
* ALL SIMTOPIA TRAIN DEPOT LOTS ARE 6 x 5 LOTS.
* ALL SIMTOPIA TRAIN DEPOT LOTS ARE COMMERCIAL LOTS.
* FOR LARGER DETAILED IMAGES OF EACH SIMTOPIA TRAIN DEPOT LOT CLICK HERE TO VIEW MY JOURNAL!
* ALSO BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE IMAGES AT THE END OF THIS UPLOAD FOR FLOOR PLAN DETAILS!
* IMPORTANT:
The Custom Content versions of the lots in this set include "extra" objects in the zips. These objects are pictures by Sara F, Ebbe and Leesester and are recolours that do not zip independently, so I added them to the zip folders. Be sure to add these objects to your Downloads Folder to ensure the pictures show properly in your game.
