.
Hi
Here's some furniture for the sunny days. In Montreal, Canada we're still waiting patiently (or not so patiently) after them... :P
(Victor totally agrees with this...)
The Walnut set :
Victor always loved these Maxis basegame wooden chairs and tables. But Maxis gave us boring, pale, insignificant colors. Old Vic' always end up using the whitish ones, because the other colors... Pink? Orange? ...bah.
So he asked me to make a few more, to match his recent sets of telescopes.
- and they are Maxis-match too!
"Walnut" items match very well my "Asian Project" medium wood walls, along with a lot of Maxis Basegame fences, flooring and more.
"Cherry Wood" items match OFB's Mission red furniture and some Basegame red furniture,
"Dark Oak" items match UNI's darkest medieval furniture,
"Ironical Dark Grey" items match OFB's Mission black furniture.
I joined pictures for comparison. Check the picture bin.
*As these items are recolors of Basegame items, you don't need OFB nor UNI to use them. Their colors are simply inspired from the mentioned sets and can combine well with them.
Here's the Cherry Wood set :
Here's the Dark Oak set :
Here's the Ironical Grey set, along with Maxis' grey lamp** :
I'll upload more of Victor's stuff soon, with all the fresh recolors you need for beautiful patio sets, and more... Stay tuned.
So here's where to find the tables and chairs from this upload, in your game :
CHAIRS
Seating >> Diningroom >> Cowboy's Caboose Chair, §385; or
Outdoors >> Seating >> Cowboy's Caboose Chair, §385
TABLES
Surfaces >> Table >> PINEGULTCHER Outfoot Minitable, §220; or
Outdoors >> Surfaces >> PINEGULTCHER Outfoot Minitable, §220
And the lamps actually affect two different types of lamps in the game :
LAMP A)
Lighting >> Outdoors >> The "Spike Light", §150; or
Outdoors >> Lighting >> The "Spike Light", §150
LAMP B)
Lighting >> Miscellaneous >> City Dweller Dims, §70
Outdoors >> Lighting >> City Dweller "Dims", §70
Lamp A), The "Spike Light" are the ones displayed on my pictures with the tables and chairs, they are the ones that were the true target of my recolors.
The City Dweller Dims are also affected - accidentally, lol, as they use the same textures in-game. They are posts generally used in community lots, I believe. No idea, to be honest, I don't really use them. I've included a picture of Lamps B) in the picture bin (picture with just the 3 lamps) in case you're curious to see how Victor's textures look on them.
**Victor asked me to not include grey lamps in the "IronicalGrey" set because Maxis already made some. It would have been redundant to make our own.
Victor and I hope you enjoy these.
