This is a file to correct the PermaWood Stairs from the base game.
You may remember that originally in the base game stairs were not recolourable. Then, with World Adventures and the corresponding patch the CASt tool was enabled for stairs. So while any specific EP is NOT required you MUST have your game patched. EA never updated the image files correctly for the PermaWood Stairs which resulted in them having four channels but only one of them actually having any effect. With the FANTASTIC help of BloomsBase and Inge, without whom I wouldn't have been able to do this, I have updated the image files so that they function as they should as well as the CSTR so that the channel materials are correct. As a bonus, the stair rod has been altered from an overlay to make use of one of the four channels. The files that have been altered are: staircaseDeckQuaint_0xfd513dfdb8d0db5c _IMG staircaseDeckQuaint_0xbe52174351bb3e4b _IMG StaircaseDeckQuaintComp CSTR Installing is as simple as dropping the file in your mods folder. Some users MAY have to delete their cache files in order for the change to take. This seems to vary from user to user. Additional Credits: Texture Tweaker, s3pe, s3oc, Photoshop 393 people have said thanks to Menaceman44 for this download.
