Having been inspired to create a Cyborg-style visor sort of thing for Sci-Fi simmies, I wondered if I could possibly figure out how to make a recolourable lens to make it a lot more versatile, and after many hours of experimentation, here we go:

The visor has two recolourable parts, the frame and the lens, and is found under Glasses in CAS. It's for men and women from Teen to Elder, and is enabled for all outfit categories including Maternity for your lady Cyborgs.

And as well as being recolourable, the lens is also patternable:

I especially like them for my Lunar Lakes simmies, and the lenses give off a bit of a glow at night, which looks pretty nifty:

The frame can be patterned too, so if you have, for instance, a crazy old scientist lady who likes making zillions of clones of herself and is an eccentric dresser as well, she can have two wildly conflicting bright patterns to suitably enhance her eccentricity. The patterning looks especially zany/spooky at night, because of how the lens glows in the dark:

Note: When patterning rather than using a solid colour with the lens part of this item, adjusting the brightness slider to the darker end of the spectrum looks best, as it gives the pattern in the lens more detail.

One issue: The frames may have funky shadows on them in CAS (they do on my PC, they may not on yours), but the funky shadows are not there in-game.

Thanks to Tish (tish85) for linking me to the crazy video 'Sexy Cyborg' that gave me the inspiration for the visor! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-z54EP0EhM

Thank you for looking, hope you'll find these a useful Sci-Fi accessory!
