A Rare Find 1x1 Lot Containing All These 3 Elements: A Car Park, a Garden, and a Rooftop Swimming Pool!

This is a continuation story of my last post Living Large on a Tiny 1x1 lot. So, after that old couple moved in, they developed several new hobbies such as painting, writing novels, and gardening. They can now own a car and go places whenever they want. They went on plenty of road trips, fulfilling their dreams of seeing the country, and have published a dozen of novels of their adventures. They really prefer to live in a tiny house than an apartment or a retirement home. Word got out, one of their friends hired me to build a 1x1 lot just like that. Well, I told him I couldn’t copy cat that house, however, I could apply the same principal to build him a house with all the required elements, a pool, a car park, and a garden, plus 2 balconies as a bonus. Today I would like to share with you this Living Large on a Tiny 1x1 Lot2.

I have all EPs and SPs except Seasons and Holidays. As seen on the pictures, out door space are utilized to place the spiral stairs system to conserve the interior space. This design is not Seasons friendly due to the fact that most rooms are accessed from outdoors.

For those who have fancier cars than the one I have, simply sell this one and replace with yours. Note, you do not need to use the move_objects on cheat to place the car on the driveway extension (however, you do need the move_objects on cheat to replace the driveway extension if you wish to do so).

An identical structure (pictures shown below) is fully tested for 23 sims days. Everything is in working order. Special thanks go to MaryLou for her awesome 1x1 lot zoning, a direct link can be found below.

Note: The zip file I give you here is a clean original, never had any sims before, you will have to move your own sims in to play it.

Note: This is a genuine 1x1 lot, it was built without using the LotExpanderMod or the LotAdjusterMod.
